基于主从博弈的独立储能系统参与日前现货联合市场的交易策略研究
摘要:储能资源具有双向快速调节功率的能力,是优质的调频资源,其参与电力市场可以增加电力系统的灵活性。为了研究储能参与现货电力市场的交易策略,建立了独立储能系统参与现货联合市场的双层模型,独立储能系统作为上层领导者以实现自身收益最大为目标,调度和交易中心作为下层跟随者以实现购电成本最小为目标,进行Stackelberg主从博弈。然后,利用驻点法将双层模型简化为易于求解的均衡约束数学规划问题。最后通过算例对所提出的模型进行验证。
Abstract:Energy storage resource has the ability of two-direction rapid power regulation, which is a high-quality frequency modulation resource. Its participation in the power market can enhance the flexibility of the power system. In order to study the trading strategy of energy storage participating in the spot power market, a bilevel model of independent energy storage system participating in the spot joint market was established. The independent energy storage system, as the upper leader, aims to maximize its own income, and the dispatching and trading center, as the lower follower, aims to minimize the power purchase cost. They play a Stackelberg master-slave game. Then, the stationary point method was used to simplify the bilevel model into an equilibrium constrained mathematical programming problem which is easy to solve. Finally, an example was given to verify the proposed model.
