Abstract:Energy storage resource has the ability of two-direction rapid power regulation, which is a high-quality frequency modulation resource. Its participation in the power market can enhance the flexibility of the power system. In order to study the trading strategy of energy storage participating in the spot power market, a bilevel model of independent energy storage system participating in the spot joint market was established. The independent energy storage system, as the upper leader, aims to maximize its own income, and the dispatching and trading center, as the lower follower, aims to minimize the power purchase cost. They play a Stackelberg master-slave game. Then, the stationary point method was used to simplify the bilevel model into an equilibrium constrained mathematical programming problem which is easy to solve. Finally, an example was given to verify the proposed model.
