2017~2019年百色市玉米真菌毒素污染状况调查及分析
目的 对2017~2019年百色市收获期玉米受真菌毒素的污染状况进行调查分析。方法 在2017~2019年间连续3年对百色市12个县(市、区)随机抽取186份玉米样品, 采用高效液相色谱法对样品中黄曲霉素B1(aflatoxin B1, AFB1)、脱氧雪腐镰刀菌烯醇(deoxynivalenol, DON)及玉米赤霉烯酮(zearalenone, ZEN)的含量进行检测, 并按照GB 2761-2017《食品安全国家标准 食品中真菌毒素限量》对结果进行分析评价。结果 AFB1的检出率为91.94%, 最高含量为3089.0 μg/kg, 超标率为68.28%; DON的检出率为5.38%, 其中最高含量为292.9 μg/kg, 无样品超标; ZEN检出率为45.16%, 其中最高含量为4221.0 μg/kg, 超标率为22.04%。结论 百色市收获期玉米受真菌毒素污染较普遍, 其中黄曲霉毒素AFB1的污染比其余的2种毒素污染严重, Don污染程度最轻, 需引起有关部门的足够重视。
Objective To investigate and analyze the mycotoxin pollution of maize in Baise city from 2017-2019. Methods Totally 186 maize samples were randomly selected from 12 counties of Baise city from 2017 to 2019. Aflatoxin B1(AFB1), deoxynivalenol(DON) and zearalenone(ZEN) were determined by high performance liquid chromatography and the results were analyzed and evaluated according to the GB 2761-2017 National Food Safety Standard-Limit of Mycotoxins in Food. Results The detection rate of AFB1 was 91.94%, the highest content was 3089.0 μg/kg, and 68.28% was over the national standard rate. The detection rate of DON was 5.38%, and the highest content was 292.9 μg/kg, with no sample exceeding the standard. The detection rate of ZEN was 45.16%, and the highest content was 4221.0 μg/kg, and 22.04% was over the standard rate. Conclusion The mycotoxin pollution of maize in harvest period in Baise is common, AFB1 pollution is more serious than the other 2 toxins, and DON pollution is the least, which needs to be paid more attention by the relevant departments.
