响应面法优化库尔勒香梨中三萜类化合物提取工艺及其抗氧化活性评价
目的 优化库尔勒香梨中三萜类化合物提取工艺及抗氧化研究。方法 以乙醇浓度、超声时间和超声温度作为考察因素, 考察不同因素水平对库尔勒香梨三萜化合物含量的影响, 以三萜含量作为评价指标, 采用单因素试验与响应面分析相结合的方法, 优化提取工艺。考察香梨三萜对DPPH自由基清除能力。结果 提取的最优条件: 乙醇浓度70%, 超声时间60 min, 超声温度50 ℃。在此条件下提取三萜类化合物含量达20.69 mg/g。库尔勒香梨三萜和VC对DPPH自由基都有一定的清除能力, 但香梨三萜抗氧化能力弱于VC。 结论 所选提取工艺合理、可行, 且库尔勒香梨三萜化合物具有一定的抗氧化活性。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of triterpenoids from korla pear and study on the antioxidant activity. Methods Ethanol concentration, ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature were used as the factors to investigate the effect of different factors on triterpene content in Korla pear. Triterpene content was used as the evaluation index. To investigate DPPH free radical scavenging ability of triterpenoids from pear. Results Optimal extraction conditions: ethanol concentration of 70%, ultrasonic time of 60 min, ultrasonic temperature of 50 ℃. The content of triterpenoids was 4.66 mg/g. The antioxidant experiment results showed that both the triterpenes and VC of Korla pear had certain scavenging ability against DPPH free radical, but the antioxidant ability of triterpenes of korla pear was weaker than VC. Conclusion The selected extraction technology is reasonable and feasible. Moreover, the triterpenoids of korla pear have certain antioxidant activity.
