婴幼儿配方食品中胆碱的检测方法研究进展
婴幼儿配方食品是婴幼儿成长过程中重要的营养来源载体, 其中的成分和比例尤为重要。胆碱作为婴幼儿配方食品中必备的添加营养素, 对婴幼儿成长发育起到至关重要的作用, 特别是智力成长方面。因此对婴幼儿配方食品中胆碱含量的准确检测是保障产品质量的重要手段。本文对胆碱现有检测方法进行综合论述分析, 介绍了各种方法的原理、优缺点及其应用现状, 并对其检测方法的发展提出了展望, 以期为开发出适用性更强、效率及精准度更高的胆碱检测方法提供参考依据。

Infant formula is an important carrier of nutrients in the growth of infants, and the ingredients and proportions in infant formula are very important. As an essential nutrient in infant formula, choline plays a vital role in infants growth and development, especially in intellectual growth. Therefore, accurate detection of choline content in infant formula is an important measure of product quality assurance. This paper comprehensively analyzed the existing detection methods of choline, and analyzed the principles, advantages and disadvantages of various methods and their application status, proposed the prospects for the development of its detection methods, so as to provide a reference for the development of choline detection methods with greater applicability, efficiency and accuracy.
