新疆地区2019年度食品安全抽检动物性水产品现状调查分析
目的 对新疆市售动物性水产品的食品安全状况进行监测, 并对检测结果进行评价。方法 抽检新疆地区市售的6类动物性水产品共588批次样品的27项指标, 并对检测结果的数据进行分析和评价。结果 在抽检的588批次动物性水产品中, 共检验出9批次不合格, 样品不合格率为1.5%; 不合格产品类别为淡水鱼、海水蟹2类, 其他4类均为合格; 兽药残留中的氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星和重金属镉为主要不合格项目。结论 本地区动物性水产品主要质量问题来自重金属污染和兽药残留, 不同水产品类别存在不同情况--兽药残留主要集中在淡水鱼类中, 重金属超标主要存在于海水蟹类的梭子蟹中, 其中镉含量超标较为严重, 应引起相关部门重视。
Objective To monitor the food safety status of animal derived aquatic products sold in Xinjiang and evaluate the detection results. Methods Totally 27 indexes of 588 batches of 6 kinds of animal derived aquatic products in Xinjiang were sampled, and the results were analyzed and evaluated. Results Among the 588 batches of animal derived aquatic products, 9 batches were found to be unqualified, the unqualified rate was 1.5%, the unqualified products were freshwater fish and sea crab, and the other 4 kinds were all qualified. The ofloxacin, enrofloxacin and cadmium in veterinary drug residues were the main unqualified items. Conclusion The main quality problems of animal derived aquatic products in this area come from heavy metal pollution and veterinary drug residues. Different aquatic products have different situations-veterinary drug residues are mainly concentrated in freshwater fishes, heavy metals exceeding the standard mainly exist in swimming crabs of marine crabs, and cadmium content exceeding the standard is more serious, which should be paid attention to by relevant departments.
