Objective To establish a rapid test strip for dicofol detection based on colloidal gold immunochromatography, and to explore its application in fresh tea. Methods Dicofol was used as raw material and succinic anhydride was used to derivatize it to synthesize hapten. Activated ester method is used to couple hapten with albumin to obtain artificial antigen. Mice were immunized with artificial antigen to obtain monoclonal antibody. The test strip for this study was prepared from the above raw materials. Results The detection limit of dicofol in tea was 0.2 mg/kg and the detection time was 8 min. The residue of dicofol could be specifically detected, but there was no cross reaction to other pesticides with similar structure or function to dicofol. Conclusion The test strip provided in this study is suitable for large-scale sample detection in grass-roots laboratories and rapid detection in the field, and can control the circulation and listing of contaminated tea from the source.
