2019年国家食品安全监督抽检不合格结果分析
目的 分析2019年国家食品安全监督抽检不合格情况。方法 汇总2019年国家食品安全监督抽检不合格样品信息, 从食品大类、被抽样省份、网络平台及进出口抽检情况及不合格项目等方面进行分析。 结果 2019年国家食品安全监督抽检共检出不合格样品412批次, 不合格问题较突出食品大类有食用农产品、肉制品及特殊膳食食品, 不合格批次分别为232、34、26批次, 分别占不合格总批次的56.3%、8.3%、6.3%。结论 粮、油、乳等日常大宗食品问题较少, 但食用农产品中肉、蛋、水产、蔬菜中的农兽药问题不合格批次占比较多; 长江以南检出不合格样品批次较多; 新兴购物平台由于入网门槛低等原因不合格问题突出; 进口食品中特殊膳食食品、饼干等问题突出; 食用农产品和蜂产品中农兽药问题、各类食品制品中微生物问题仍需加强关注。
Objective To analyze the unqualified situation of sampling inspection of national food safety supervision in 2019. Methods The information of unqualified samples in the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection in 2019 was summarized, and analyzed from the aspects of major food categories, sampled provinces, network platforms, import and export sampling inspection and unqualified items, etc. Results In 2019, 412 batches of unqualified samples were detected in the national food safety supervision and random sampling inspection. The major categories of food with prominent unqualified problems include edible agricultural products, meat products and special dietary foods. The unqualified batches were 232, 34 and 26 respectively, accounting for 56.3%, 8.3% and 6.3% of the total unqualified batches respectively. Conclusion There are few problems with daily bulk foods such as grain, oil and milk, but the unqualified batches of agricultural and veterinary drugs in meat, eggs, aquatic products and vegetables in edible agricultural products are relatively large. Many batches of unqualified samples in the south of the Yangtze river were detected. The unqualified problems of emerging shopping platforms weredue to low access barriers and other reasons. Problems such as special dietary foods and biscuits were prominent in imported foods. The problem of agricultural and veterinary drugs in edible agricultural products and bee products, and the problem of microorganisms in various food products still need to be paid more attention to.
