基于文献计量的食品真实性鉴别研究态势分析
目的 基于科学网(web of science)的科学文献索引(science citation index, SCI)数据库, 进行文献计量学分析。方法 采用文献计量学方法, 采集整理了1984~2018年间的食品真伪鉴别研究相关的文献, 借助Thomson Data Analyzer、bibliometric等工具, 分析世界食品真伪鉴别文献情况, 总结食品真伪鉴别领域的研究历程, 并据此进一步分析世界食品真伪鉴别研究态势, 挖掘该领域的研究热点和前沿。结果 我国在该领域的研究发展迅猛, 发文数量和质量方面均显著提高, 总体处于跟踪、并行、领跑三者兼有的阶段。结论 采用文献计量学的方法, 可以较为准确的总结食品真伪鉴别技术研究的发展历史, 挖掘前沿和热点, 并对未来进行动态预测。
Objective To conduct bibliometric analysis based on science citation index (SCI) database in web of science. Methods Relevant literatures on food authentication during the year of 1984 and 2018 were collected in this paper, and food authenticity identification documents worldwide were analyzed by bibliometric methods, with the aid of Thomson Data Analyzer, bibliometric and other tools. Through bibliometric, the research history and trend of world food authentication was analyzed, and research hot spot and frontiers was mined. Results China’s research in this field had developed rapidly, and both the quantity and quality of publications had improved significantly. The overall research was in the stage of tracking, parallel and leading. Conclusion By adopting the method of bibliometrics, the development history of food authenticity identification technology can be summarized accurately, the frontier and hot spot can be mined, and the future can be predicted dynamically.
