热重分析聚亚苯基砜奶瓶的原位加速老化
目的 建立一种聚亚苯基砜(polyphenylene sulfone, PPSU)奶瓶热重分析(thermogravimetric analysis, TGA)原位加速老化及奶瓶使用寿命的评估方法。方法 采用热重分析仪对PPSU奶瓶在500, 510, 520, 530和540 ℃恒温条件下进行原位加速老化实验, 计算出样品在5%, 10%, 15%失重情况下所需老化时间, 然后通过Arrhenius方程建立温度和老化时间之间的关系, 最终估算PPSU奶瓶样品的实际使用寿命。结果 以失重5%作为失效条件计算PPSU奶瓶的使用寿命, 其使用时限约为319 d。结论 该方法适合对PPSU奶瓶的使用寿命进行快速评估。
Objective To establish a method to evaluate the in-situ accelerated aging and service life of polyphenylene sulfone (PPSU) feeding-bottle by thermogravimetric analysis. Methods The in-situ accelerated aging experiments of PPSU bottles were carried out at constant temperature of 500, 510, 520, 530 and 540 ℃ by thermogravimetric analyzer. The required aging time for samples at 5%, 10%, and 15% weight loss were calculated. The relationship between temperature and aging time is then established by the Arrhenius equation to finally estimate the actual service life of the PPSU bottle sample. Results Estimating the service life of the PPSU feeding-bottle by the 5% weight loss temperature-time equation, the result was about 1276 times. Conclusion The method is suitable for rapid evaluationof the service life of the PPSU feeding-bottle.
