2016~2018年上海市水产品抽检情况分析及建议
目的 分析研究2016~2018年上海市水产品的质量情况及存在的问题。方法 收集上海市食品药品监督管理局(现上海市市场监督管理局)2016~2018年水产品监督抽查的公示信息, 对信息进行分析汇总。 结果 2018年总体质量较前一年有明显提升, 鱼类水产品总体质量可控, 但蟹类、虾类产品不合格比例相对较高, 70%的不合格水产品是因兽药残留不符合国家标准。结论 上海地区水产品总体质量尚可, 药物滥用现象较为严重。监督抽检的结果反映出水产品相关企业质量意识尚待提高、规范化管理不够, 并提出了一些提高水产品质量安全的措施和建议, 除了目前着重监控的兽药和重金属指标外, 还可以将全氟化合物(主要包括全氟辛酸和全氟辛烷磺酸)列入风险监测中。
Objective To investigate the quality of local aquatic products and the existing problems from 2016 to 2018 in Shanghai. Methods Public information on the supervision and sampling of aquatic products by the Shanghai Food and Drug Administration (now the Shanghai Municipal Market Supervision Administration) from 2016 to 2018 was collected, and the information was analyzed and summarized. Results In 2018, the overall quality had improved significantly compared with the previous year. The overall quality of fish aquatic products was controllable, but the proportion of unqualified crab and shrimp products was relatively high. About 70% of unqualified aquatic products were due to veterinary drug residues that did not meet national standards. Conclusion The overall quality of aquatic products in Shanghai is acceptable, and drug abuse is more serious. The results of supervision and sampling inspection reflect that the quality awareness of aquatic products-related enterprises needs to be improved and standardized management is insufficient. Some measures and recommendations for improving the quality and safety of aquatic products have been proposed. In addition to the current monitoring of veterinary drugs and heavy metals, perfluorinated compounds (mainly including perfluorooctanoic acid and perfluorooctane sulfonate) can be included in risk monitoring.
