己唑醇在猕猴桃中的残留规律及膳食风险评估研究
目的 研究己唑醇在猕猴桃中的消解动态和最终残留, 并进行膳食风险评估。方法 对猕猴桃中己唑醇开展消解动态和最终残留试验后, 样品经乙腈振荡提取, 固相萃取柱净化, 气相色谱-串联质谱仪测定, 得到残留试验的结果, 并对其进行膳食风险评估。结果 己唑醇在猕猴桃中的半衰期为9.2~10.2 d; 按照制剂用药量2857~4286倍液, 施药次数3~4次, 施药间隔期15 d, 最终残留量为0.052~0.49 mg/kg。距最后一次施药7 d后采样, 慢性膳食摄入风险商值(risk quotient of chronic dietary intake,RQ)<100%。结论 己唑醇在猕猴桃上的残留量是可控的, 建议中国将己唑醇在猕猴桃中的最大残留限量值暂定为1mg/kg。
Objective To study the digestion dynamics and the final residue of hexazolitol in kiwi, and evaluate the dietary risk. Methods After developing digestion and residue test in kiwifruitwith hexaconazole,the sample were extracted with acetonitrile, purified by solid phase extraction, and determined by gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The results of residue test were obtained and evaluated bythe chronic dietary intakerisk quotient. Results Thehalf-lifeof hexaconazole in kiwifruit was 9.2?10.2 d. When the preparation dosage was 2857?4286 times liquid, and hexaconazolewere sprayed for 3?4 times, the final residue of hexaconazole in kiwifruitwas 0.052?0.49 mg/kg. The chronic dietary intakerisk quotient was less than 100% after thelast application 7 days. Conclusions It could becontrolled for the final residue of hexaconazole in kiwifruit. And it is suggested that the maximum residue limit ofhexaconazole in kiwifruit in China should be set as 1 mg/kg.
