海产品中副溶血性弧菌检测能力验证分析报告
目的 通过参加英国FAPAS分析实验室组织的海产品中副溶血性弧菌检测能力验证, 对其实验结果出现的异常现象进行分析, 找出导致本次能力验证组织失效的原因。方法 按照 GB 4789.7-2013、SN/T 1870-2016及相关作业指导书等进行实验, 通过采用本实验室经常采用的检测方法进行检验, 对实验出现的异常结果进行分析。结果 发现M224d21A和M224d21B这2个冷藏运输箱包装的冻干样品由于储藏和运输等问题, 导致未检出副溶血性弧菌。结论 此次能力验证分析对于我院在海产品中副溶血性弧菌检测方面技术水平的提高和品牌形象的确立起到了积极作用, 同时也为检验工作者对于能力验证出现异常现象提供一种解决问题的新思路、新方法。
Objective To analyze the abnormal phenomena of the experimental results and find out why the proficiency testing failed by attending the proficiency testing of detecting the Vibrio parahaemolyticus in marine products organized by British FAPAS analysis laboratory. Methods According to GB 4789.7 2013, SN/T 1870-2016 and the related operation instructions, the methods for regular lab tests were used to detect and analyze the abnormal results of the experiment. Results It was concluded that no Vibrio parahaemolyticus was detected in the two freeze dried samples packed in refrigerated transport case M224d21A and M224d21B because of storage and transportation problems. Conclusions The proficiency testing has played a positive role in improving testing technology in the field of detecting the Vibrio parahaemolyticus in marine products, which is helpful to establish the brand image. At the same time, it also provides a new idea and a new method to solve the problem for the inspection workers for the abnormal phenomenon of ability verification.
