酒店食品安全及管理策略分析
在酒店餐饮收入不断增加的背景下, 酒店食品安全也成为人们关注的焦点问题。酒店食品安全问题来源的多元化, 决定了安全管理策略的多元化。本文主要从酒店食品用具、从业人员安全意识、信息不对称和食品安全监管4方面指出了酒店中存在的食品安全问题, 最后提出了食品安全的管理策略, 为酒店食品安全的防控提供参考。
Under the background of increasing hotel catering income, hotel food safety has become the focus of people's attention. The diversification of hotel food safety problems determines the diversification of safety management strategies. This paper pointed out the food safety problems in the hotel from hotel food utensils, safety awareness of employees, information asymmetry and food safety supervision and management, and finally put forward the management strategies of food safety, so as to provide references for the prevention and control of food safety in hotels
