2016~2018年全国食品安全监督抽检的食品安全形势分析
目的 分析2016~2018年我国食品安全的整体情况及存在的主要食品安全风险。方法 对2016~2018年全国食品安全监督抽检结果进行收集汇总, 分析监督抽检完成情况及发现的主要食品安全问题。结果 2016~2018年全国共完成食品安全监督抽检7219865批次, 总体合格率为97.6%。抽检样品共覆盖34个食品类别, 其中食用农产品的合格率为98.6%, 粮、油、肉、蛋、乳等日常消费量较大的食品合格率普遍较高, 但蔬菜制品、淀粉及淀粉制品和餐饮食品的合格率偏低。结论 2016~2018年我国的食品安全形势总体平稳, 存在的问题主要是食品添加剂滥用、微生物污染和农兽药残留超标
Objective To analyze the overall situation of food safety and the main food safety risks in China from 2016 to 2018. Methods The results of the national food safety supervision and sampling inspection from 2016 to 2018 were summarized. The completion of sampling inspection and the major food safety problems found during sampling inspection were analyzed. Results From 2016 to 2018, 7219865 batches of food safety supervision and sampling inspections were completed nationwide, with an overall qualified rate of 97.6%. Sampling samples coverred a total of 34 food categories, among which the qualified rate of edible agricultural products was 98.6%. The qualified rate of food with large daily consumption such as grain, oil, meat, eggs and milk was generally higher, but the qualified rate of vegetable products, starch and starch products and catering food was lower. Conclusion From 2016 to 2018, China’s food safety situation is generally stable. The main problems are the abuse of food additives, microbial contamination and excessive residues of pesticides and veterinary drugs.
