西安市农产品冷链物流发展的制约因素与优化建议
农产品冷链物流对区域内农村经济发展及城镇居民生活具有重要影响, 发展和完善区域农产品冷链物流体系具有重要的社会价值、经济价值和时代价值。本文以理论分析和实践调查相结合的方法对西安市的农产品供需情况及冷链物流发展现状展开研究分析, 认为西安市农产品冷链物流产业还存在诸多问题, 而基础设施建设落后、缺乏整体规划、技术标准和监督管理缺失、信息化程度低、第三方物流发展滞后、产业竞争失衡是制约西安市农产品冷链物流发展的主要因素。基于西安市农产品冷链物流发展现状和制约因素, 从加强农产品冷链物流的整体规划、构建完善的行业标准和加强监管、提升农产品冷链物流的信息化水平及支持农产品第三方冷链物流发展和营造良好的竞争环境, 促进冷链物流企业整体竞争力提升等5个方面提出西安市农产品冷链物流发展的优化建议
Agricultural cold chain logistics has an important impact on the development of rural economy and the life of urban residents in the region. The development and improvement of regional agricultural cold chain logistics system has important social, economic and contemporary values. This paper studied and analyzed the supply and demand situation of agricultural products and the development status of cold chain logistics in Xi’an city by combining theoretical analysis with practical investigation. There were still many problems in the cold chain logistics industry of agricultural products in Xi’an, while infrastructure construction was backward, lack of overall planning, lack of technical standards and supervision and management, low degree of informatization, lagging development of third party logistics and industrial competition imbalance were the main factor that restricted the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Xi’an. Based on the current situation and constraints of the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Xi’an, 5 aspects were discussed to put forward suggestions for optimizing the development of cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Xi’an, such as strengthening the overall planning of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, establishing perfect industry standards and strengthening supervision, improving the informatization level of cold chain logistics of agricultural products, supporting the development of third-party cold chain logistics of agricultural products and creating a good competitive environment and promoting the overall competitiveness of cold chain logistics enterprises.
