2种微生物法测定婴幼儿乳粉中维生素B5 含量的比较
目的 比较国家标准GB 5009.210-2016《食品安全国家标准 食品中泛酸的测定》和试剂盒法定量检测婴幼儿乳粉中维生素B5含量的差异。方法 采用微孔试剂盒法和国标法测定婴幼儿配方奶粉的维生素B5含量, 通过相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD)来比对两种方法的重现性、精密度, 通过加标回收实验对比方法准确度。结果 由精密度与准确度实验结果可知, 国标法与试剂盒法的相对标准偏差分别为6.92%和3.18%, 回收率分别为87.60%和97.61%。结论 相对于国标GB 5009.210-2016的传统微生物法, 试剂盒法操作简单, 检验周期短, 可以快速有效的测定婴幼儿乳粉中维生素B5的含量。
Objective To compare the difference between GB 5009.210-2016 National food safety standard-Determination of pantothenic acid in food and the kit method for quantitative detection of vitamin B5 (VB5) in infant formula. Methods The content of VB5 in infant formula was detected by microporous kit method and national standard method. The reproducibility and precision of the 2 methods were compared by relative standard deviation (RSD), and the accuracy of the methods were compared by the recovery experiment. Results According to the results of precision and accuracy, the relative standard deviation of the national standard and kit were 6.92% and 3.18%, and the recovery rates were 87.60% and 97.61%. Conclusion Compared to the traditional microbiological method of national standard GB 5009.210-2016, the kit method is simple and has a short test cycle, which can quickly and effectively determine the content of VB5 in infant formula.
