Objective To improve the detection ability of laboratory, expand laboratory influence and enhance competitiveness. Methods 100% Soya flour test material was detected for transgenic components according to operation instruction provided by Fapas organizer, GB/T 19495.4-2004 Detection of genetically modified organisms and derived products-qualitative PCR methods based on nucleic acid and SN/T 1204-2016 Protocol of the qualitative real-time fluorescent PCR method for qualitative detection of genetically modified components in plants and their processing products. Results The pCaMV35S, tNOS, and Roundup Ready (GTS-40-3-2) strains of this batch of soya flour were detected transgenic components, and MON89788 strain was not detect transgenic components. Conclusion The results of this proficiency test are satisfy.
