Objective To establish a service quality evaluation model for fresh food cold chain logistics. Methods The key factors which were suitable for the special needs of troops were selected from many factors which affected the development of cold chain logistics. Fuzzy analytical hierarchy process was used to establish the corresponding evaluation model. Results The model was used to score a fresh food cold chain logistics supplier in the army, and the final comprehensive evaluation grade was “good”. Conclusion The adopted quantitative mathematical evaluation model makes the evaluation results restricted by subjective factors become more scientific, objective and comprehensive, which providing reference for the selection of fresh food cold chain logistics suppliers in the next step
