气相色谱法测定普通白菜中毒死蜱含量的不确定度评定
目的 评定气相色谱法测定普通白菜中毒死蜱含量不确定度。方法 按照NY/T 761-2008标准中第Ⅰ部分方法测定普通白菜中毒死蜱含量, 并建立数学模型, 对实验过程中不确定度来源标准溶液、样品称样量, 量筒移取乙腈溶剂的体积、方法重复性和方法回收率等8个因素进行分析探讨。结果 气相色谱法测定普通白菜中毒死蜱含量结果报告为(0.013±0.00064) mg/kg(k=2)。结论 在整个测试实验中, 仪器测试、标准溶液和方法回收率是影响测试结果不确定度的3个主要因素, 应引起高度重视并尽力控制。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of determination of chlorpyrifos in Chinese cabbage-pak-choi by gas chromatography. Methods The chlorpyrifos pesticide residues in common Chinese cabbage-pak-choi was measured by NY/T 761-2008 of part Ⅰ, and the mathematical model was established, the uncertainty of 8 sources containing the standard solution, the sample quantity, the volume of acetonitrile solvent removed from the measuring tube, the method repeatability and the method recovery rate during the experiment were analyzed and discussed. Results The chlorpyrifos pesticide residues in common Chinese cabbage-pak-choi was expressed as (0.013±0.00064) mg/kg (k=2). Conclusion In the whole test experiment, instrument test, standard solution and method recovery are the 3 main factors affecting the uncertainty of test results, which should be paid attention to and controlled as much as possible.
