刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊对小鼠睡眠的影响
目的 评价刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊作为保健食品改善睡眠的作用。方法 分别以0.5、1.0、1.5 g/kg剂量连续灌胃胶囊30 d后, 然后采用直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠小鼠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验和巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期实验观察小鼠睡眠相关指标。结果 与对照组相比, 3个剂量的刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠实验中的睡眠时间(P0.05)。结论 刺五加酸枣仁天麻胶囊具有改善小鼠睡眠作用。
Objective To evaluate the sleep improvement effect of Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsule in mice. Methods The capsules were continuously administered at a dose of 0.5, 1.0, 1.5 g/kg for 30 d, then sleeping indexes of mice were observed in the direct sleep test, the extending test with sodium pentobarbital, the hypnosis test under subthreshold dose of sodium pentobarbital, and the incubation period test with barbital sodium. Results Compared with the control group, the sleep time of the extending test with sodium pentobarbital was significantly prolonged in the 3 dose of Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsules (P0.05). Conclusion Acanthopanax senticosus, Semen ziziphi spinosae and Gastrodia elata capsules can improve the sleep of mice.
