大米粉中总砷含量测定的能力验证研究
目的 评价实验室检测大米粉中总砷的能力和水平, 促进各参加实验室检测水平提升。方法 实施能力验证计划, 给各参加实验室发放能力验证样品, 并收集检测数据。以稳健统计确定指定值, 以检测结果的标准化四分位间距作为能力评定标准差, 评价各参加实验室检测结果。结果 能力验证样品均匀稳定。参与能力验证的145家单位的满意率为86.2%。结论 多数参与能力验证的实验室对大米粉中总砷检测能力良好。
Objective To evaluate the proficiency of the laboratories on the determination of total arsenic in rice powder, and promote the improvement of laboratory testing levels. Methods Competency verification plan were implemented, capability-verification samples were distributed to all participating laboratories, and test data were collected. Testing data were analyzed by Robust Stat, and the standard deviation of the ability assessment was taken as the standard deviation of the standardized quartile spacing of the test results to evaluate the laboratory test results of each participant. Results Proficiency testing samples were homogeneous and steady. The satisfaction rate of 145 units participated in capacity verification was 86.2%. Conclusion Most of the laboratories involved in capacity verification have good ability to detect total arsenic in rice flour.
