连续流动注射法同时测定矿泉水中挥发酚和氰化物含量的不确定度评定
目的 评定连续流动注射法同时测定饮用天然矿泉水中挥发酚和氰化物含量的不确定度。方法 利用全自动流动注射分析仪的双通道模式, 将样品在各自通道经在线蒸馏、分离、显色, 实现矿泉水中挥发酚和氰化物的同时测定。再依据JJF 1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》, 对测定过程的不确定度建立模型、分析来源、计算不确定度分量、合成标准不确定度并得到扩展不确定度。结果 矿泉水中挥发酚含量为49.6 μg/L时, 扩展不确定度为1.4 μg/L(k=2); 氰化物含量为52.2 μg/L时, 扩展不确定度为0.9 μg/L(k=2)。结论 测定挥发酚含量的不确定度主要来自于标准物质本身和样品测量重复性, 测定氰化物含量的不确定度主要来自于标准物质本身和标准曲线的拟合。
Objective To evaluate the uncertainty of simultaneous determination of volatile phenol and cyanide contents in drinking natural mineral water by continuous flow injection method. Methods By dual channel mode of automatic flow injection analyzer, simultaneous determination of volatile phenol and cyanide in mineral water was realized by online distillation, separation and coloration in their respective channels. According to JJF 1059.1-2012 Measurement uncertainty evaluation and presentation, the uncertainty of the measurement process was modeled, the source was analyzed, the component of uncertainty was calculated, the standard uncertainty was synthesized, and the extended uncertainty was obtained. Results When the content of volatile phenol was 49.6 μg/L, the expanded uncertainty was 1.4 μg/L (k=2), and when the content of cyanide was 52.2 μg/L, the expanded uncertainty was 0.9 μg/L(k=2). Conclusion The uncertainties of volatile phenol content are mainly derived from standard substance and measurement repeatability, and the uncertainties of cyanide content are mainly derived from standard substance and curve fitting.
