膳食蛋白对运动员的影响及其摄入方法建议
运动员的能量代谢强度大、消耗率高, 所需要蛋白质摄入量远比普通人群要多, 如何科学地为运动员进行膳食蛋白补充是运动营养学的重要研究课题。本文综述了膳食蛋白对运动员的影响和来源, 并对运动员膳食蛋白的摄入方法提了一些建议, 以期为运动员科学平衡膳食, 提高身体素质与运动能力提供参考。
Athletes have high energy metabolism and high consumption rate, and their required protein intake is much more than the general population. How to scientifically supplement dietary protein for athletes is an important research topic of sports nutrition. This article reviewed the effects of dietary protein on athletes, the source of dietary protein, and some suggestions for athletes' dietary protein intake, so as to provide a reference for athletes to balance the diet scientifically and improve their physical fitness and athletic ability.
