高效液相色谱串联质谱法检液质 联用检测液体乳中四环素类和喹诺酮类兽药
建立一种同时测定液体乳中四环素类和喹诺酮类兽药残留的液质联用检测方法(HPLC-MS/MS )。方法用Na2EDTA-Mellvaine缓冲液pH在4.0±0.05，经振荡、超声、离心后上清液经HLB固相萃取柱净化，甲醇洗脱，氮气吹干，乙腈水定容，0.22 μm 有机滤膜过滤，高效液相色谱-串联质谱测定，外标法定量，电喷雾离子源正???，多反应监测(M RM )。液体乳中四环素类检出限为50 μg/kg，喹诺酮类检出限1 μg/kg，加标回收率在 77%～112% 之间，相对标准偏差均小于9 % 。该方法前处理简便快速，分析速度快，灵敏度高。
A method for the simultaneous determination of tetracycline and quinolone veterinary drug residues in liquid milk and dairy products(HPLC-MS/MS) was established. Using the Na2EDTA-Mellvaine buffer pH at 4.0 ± 0.05, after oscillation, ultrasound, centrifugation, the solution wais purified by the HLB solid phase extraction column, methanol elution, nitrogen drying, acetonitrile water capacity, 0.22 μm organic filtration membrane filtration, High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Series Mass Spectrometry, Extracorporeal Quantification, Electrospray Ion Sources Positive, Multireaction Monitoring(MRM). The detection limit of tetracycline in liquid milk wais 50 μg / kg, the detection limit of quinolones wais 1 μg / kg, the recovery rate wais between 77 % and 112 %, and the relative standard deviation wais less than 9 %. The pretreatment wais simple and fast, the analysis speed wais fast and the sensitivity wais high.
