萎凋对茶鲜叶不同叶位叶绿素荧光特征参数的影响
为了研究萎凋对茶叶水分和叶绿素荧光参数的影响,为茶叶加工中萎凋的判定提供依据,采取叶绿素荧光仪ImagingPAM对福云6号7个萎凋时间点进行水分含量测定及叶绿素荧光测定。结果表明,不同叶位之间的叶绿素荧光参数在萎凋失水后期呈显著差异;叶片水分含量与叶绿素荧光参数F0、NPQ之间呈极显著负相关,与叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、Fv/F0、ETR、Y(II)之间呈极显著正相关。鉴于上述叶绿素荧光参数与叶片水分含量之间的相关性,初步认为F0、NPQ、Fv/Fm、Fv/F0、ETR和Y(II)作为茶树鲜叶萎凋过程中水分胁迫程度的指标是可行的,对鲜叶萎凋过程的在线判断具有一定的意义。
In order to study the effects of withering on tea moisture and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters, the basis for the determination of withering in tea processing was provided. the chlorophyll fluorescence instrument ImagingPAM was used to determine the moisture content and chlorophyll fluorescence of the seven withering time points of fuyun no. 6. The results showed that chlorophyll fluorescence parameters at different leaf positions were significantly different at the later stage of withering. Leaf water content was significantly negatively correlated with chlorophyll fluorescence parameters F0 and NPQ, and positively correlated with chlorophyll fluorescence parameters Fv/Fm, Fv/F0, ETR and Y(II).In view of the correlation between chlorophyll fluorescence parameters mentioned above and leaf moisture content, it is preliminarily considered that F0, NPQ, Fv/Fm, Fv/F0, ETR and Y(II) are feasible indicators of water stress degree during the withering process of fresh leaves of tea trees, and have certain significance for online judgment of the withering process of fresh leaves.
