Objective: To investigate the dietary nursing in critically patients in neurology department of food intolerance. Methods: 100 patients with severe food intolerance were admitted to the Department of Neurology of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, 50 cases in each group. Both groups were given routine symptomatic treatment, and the experimental group was given targeted dietary nursing according to the results of food intolerance. The therapeutic effect, quality of life, neurological function score and incidence of adverse reactions were observed in the two groups. Results: After treatment, the effective rate, daily living ability score and quality of life score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the incidence of complications and neurological deficit score were lower than those of the control group.
