大米中重金属镉残留检测方法的优化研究
摘要: 目的 在检测大米中镉的残留时,通过优化GB5009.15中检测的流程和上机条件,降低检测成本。方法 采用湿法消解对大米样品进行前处理,优化升温程序,验证重复性、回收率、精密度。结果 降低检测过程用的酸在上机测试时对石墨管和温度探头的影响,提高了石墨炉原子吸收光谱仪的稳定性;同时通过延长石墨炉在低温段的持续时间,缩短在高温段的持续时间,平均增加了石墨管约三分之一的极限寿命,降低了使用和维护的成本。结论 经过重复性、精密度和回收率的验证,确定优化措施实用有效,满足GB 5009.15-2014的标准方法要求,操作简便,降低了检测成本,适合在大米镉残留检测分析中推广。
Absrtact:. Obejective To reduce the cost of detecting cadmium residues in rice by optimizing the detection process and operating conditions in GB 5009.15. Methods Rice was pretreated by wet digestioin,and the heating procedure was optimized to verify the repeatability,recovery and precision. Results The influence of acid on graphite tube and temperature probe was reduced ,and the stability graphite furnace atomic absorption(GFAA) spectrometer was improved.Meanwhile, by prolonging the duration of graphite furnace at low temperature and shortening the durationat high temperature.the ultimatelifeof graphite tube was increased by about one third onaverage. It reduced the cost of use and maintenance. Conclusion Through the verification of repeatability, precision and recovery rate, the optimization measures were practical and effective. It met the standard method requirements of GB 5009.15-2014. It was easy to operate and reduced the detection cost. It was suitable for popularization in the detection and analysis of cadmium residues in rice.
