从药事管理的角度谈我国保健品的监管
随着我国经济的快速发展，人口的不断增长，加之老龄化人口比例不断增高，国人健康意识不断提高，保健品需求量持续上升。保健品行业有着极为广阔的发展空间，但是保健品行业进入门槛不高，导致大量鱼龙混杂的小型作坊滋生，使得该行业的市场竞争变得异常激烈。研究发现企业为了高利润的目标运用多种营销方式夸大了保健品的功效使消费者对药品、普通食品、保健品的概念模糊不清。 为了使消费者特别是老年人能理性的购买保健品，解决保健品行业存在的价格虚高、乱象丛生、研发技术与标准低、销售人员的不专业、监管机制不完善等问题，从药事管理的角度提出几点监管措施，希望能有效地减少消费者在购买保健品时存在的风险，有利于企业的良性竞争和保健品行业的健康发展。
With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous growth of the population, as well as the increasing proportion of the aging population, Chinese people's health awareness is constantly improving, and the demand for health care products continues to rise. Health care products industry has a very broad space for development, but the entry threshold of health care products industry is not high, resulting in a large number of mixed small workshops breeding, making the market competition of the industry has become extremely fierce. It is found that enterprises use a variety of marketing methods to exaggerate the efficacy of health care products for the purpose of high profit, which confuses consumers' concepts of medicines, common foods and health care products. In order to make consumers buy health, especially the elderly to reason existing prices artificially high, health care products industry, research and development technology and a mess standard is low, the sales staff is not professional, regulatory mechanism is imperfect, some regulatory measures are proposed from the perspective of pharmaceutical affairs management, hope to be able to effectively reduce the risks when consumer is buying health care products, is advantageous to the enterprise the benign competition and the healthy development of the health food industry.
