重组酶聚合酶扩增技术及其在食品检测中的应用
近年来, 食品安全问题日益突出, 适用于现场的快速检测技术研发受到了研究者们的广泛重视。重组酶聚合酶扩增(recombinase polymerase amplification, RPA)技术作为一项新兴的核酸等温扩增技术, 与传统的检测方法相比, 具有灵敏度高、成本低、速度快等优点, 且不需复杂仪器设备, 可以在条件简陋的实验室和资源不足的户外等地实现检测和应用。本文介绍了RPA技术的概念和原理, 综述了近年来RPA技术在食品检测中的应用, 如食源性致病微生物的快速检测、转基因农产品识别和常见食品的物种鉴别等, 概括了其在食品安全和食品产业领域中的优势和面临的挑战, 并对RPA技术的未来发展前景提出了展望。
Food safety problems have become more and more serious in recent years. The researchers pay more attention to developing point-of-care and rapid technology. As a new technology of nucleic acid isothermal amplification, the recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) has shown greater advantages in detection for its high sensitivity, low-cost and high-speed, and detection without complex instrument in the poor laboratories and outdoor which lack of resources compared with the traditional detection methods. This review introduced the definition and principle of RPA, and summarized the various applications of RPA in food safety detection, including detection of food-borne pathogenic bacteria rapidly, detection of genetically modified organisms, identification species of common food. This paper also summarized the advantages and challenges of food safety and food industry area about RPA and introduced the future direction of RPA in food safety detection.
