电商模式下水产品质量监管的现状与对策
近些年随着电子商务的蓬勃发展, 国内的电商平台从无到有, 由少及多, 不断涌现, 快速发展。面对电商产品质量监管的挑战, 我国修订并完善了许多相关法律法规和规范要求, 使电商行业逐渐走向规范化。电商水产品由于抽样、取证、溯源、追责等方面的特殊性, 导致其在质量监管工作中存在许多难点。传统的产品质量监管模式在电商水产品质量监管方面的应用还存在空白点和薄弱环节。本文根据电商水产品的关键风险因子并结合电商水产品的现状, 阐述了我国水产品电商行业存在着产品的品牌化不足、商家产品把关不严、电商平台疏于监管、相关法律尚不健全等问题, 并基于此提出了加强电商水产品的品牌化建设、提升电商水产品质量、发挥电商平台监管作用、创新政府监管机制等建议。

In recent years, with the vigorous development of E-commerce, the domestic E-commerce platform has emerged and developed rapidly with an even-growing population. Facing with the challenges of E-commerce products quality supervision, China has revised and improved many relevant laws, regulations and regulatory requirements to gradually standardize the E-commerce market. Many problems exist in the procedure of the aquatic quality supervision due to the special nature in sampling, evidence collecting, tracing, and duty tracking. There are still gaps and weaknesses in the application of the traditional product quality supervision model in regulating the E-commerce aquatic products quality. Based on the key risk factors of E-commerce aquatic products combined with the current situation of E-commerce aquatic products, this article described the lack of branding of products in the aquatic products E-commerce industry in China, the lack of strict control on the products of merchants, the lack of supervision on E-commerce platforms, and the lack of the related laws. On the basis of these situations, some suggestions were put forward to strengthen the brand building of the aquatic products, improve the quality of the aquatic products, play the regulatory role of the E-commerce platform, and innovate the regulatory mechanism of the government.
