2014~2017年我国婴幼儿配方乳粉抽检情况分析
目的 分析我国婴幼儿配方乳粉总体情况, 总结其中存在的主要问题, 为食品安全监管提供参考。 方法 汇总2014~2017年国家婴幼儿配方乳粉监督抽检结果, 对不合格项目进行归类分析。结果 2014~2017年, 国家食品药品监督管理总局累计公布婴幼儿配方乳粉样品抽检结果8354批次, 其中不合格样品142批次, 合格率从2014年的96.8%提高到2017年的99.8%。国产乳粉主要产于黑龙江和陕西, 进口乳粉主要来自上海的代理商或经销商。我国婴幼儿配方乳粉存在的主要问题是品质指标不达标和微生物污染, 三聚氰胺、金黄色葡萄球菌和沙门氏菌等社会关注度较高的项目在连续4年均未发现不合格现象。结论 政府部门应继续加强婴幼儿配方乳粉质量的监管管理, 为婴幼儿的健康成长提供保障。
Objective To analyze the general situation of infant formula milk safety in China, find the main problems, and provide references for food safety supervision. Methods The data from China’s infant formula milk safety supervision and sampling inspection in 2014-2017 were summarized, and the unqualified items of the sampling inspection results were analyzed. Results From 2014 to 2017, the results of 8354 batches of samples were announced by China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), among which 142 batches of unqualified samples were rejected. The qualified rate increased from 96.8% in 2014 to 99.8% in 2017. Domestic milk powder was mainly produced in Heilongjiang and Shaanxi provinces and imported milk powder mainly from Shanghai agents or dealers. The main problems of infant formula milk powder in China were unqualified quality index and microbial contamination. For four consecutive years, the projects with high social attention such as melamine, Staphylococcus aureus and Salmonella had not been found unqualified. Conclusion Government departments should continue to strengthen the supervision and management of infant formula quality, and provide guarantee for the healthy growth of infants and young children.
