海水暂养毛钳体内镉脱除工艺研究
目的 通过添加壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、绿茶冲泡液的海水暂养毛钳, 探索降低毛钳体内镉含量的方法。方法 实验将毛钳随机分为13 组, 分别暂养于4 L 海水中, 对照组为海水; 壳聚糖浓度分别为0.01、0.05、0.1、0.15 g/L; 羧甲基壳聚糖浓度分别为0.01、0.05、0.1、0.15 g/L; 绿茶冲泡液浓度分别为25、30、35、40 mL/L。毛钳在13 组海水中暂养一定时间后用电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometer, ICP-MS)测定镉含量。结果 使用0.15 g/L 壳聚糖、0.15 g/L 羧甲基壳聚糖、40 mL/L 绿茶冲泡液暂养毛钳18 h 时, 镉含量从3.128 mg/kg 分别降到1.981、1.791、1.830 mg/kg, 0~18 h 内镉含量都有明显的下降, 并且都降到可食用的标准, 19~30 h 过程中实验组镉含量下降速率减小, 30~36 h 镉含量几乎保持不变。对照组与其他3 组相比毛钳体内的镉含量降低缓慢。结论 在暂养海水中添加壳聚糖、羧甲基壳聚糖、绿茶冲泡液均能够有效脱除毛钳体内的镉。
Objective To explore the method of reducing the cadmium content in Scapharca subcrenatasby adding chitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan and green tea brewing liquid to sea water. Methods The Scapharca subcrenatas were randomly divided into 13 groups, which were temporarily raised in 4 L seawater, and the controlgroup was seawater.The concentration of chitosan was 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 g/L; the concentration of carboxymethyl chitosan was 0.01, 0.05, 0.1, 0.15 g/L; the concentration of green tea brewing liquidwas 25, 30, 35, 40 mL/L. The content of cadmium was determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) for a certain period of time in 13 groups of seawater. Results After 18 h, the cadmium content in Scapharca subcrenatas in sea water with 0.15 g/L chitosan, 0.15 g/L carboxymethyl chitosan and 40 mL/L green tea was reduced from 3.128 mg/kg to 1.981, 1.791 and 1.830 mg/kg, respectively. The content of cadmium in 0~18 h had obviously decreased, and all had been reduced to edible standard. In the process of 19~30 h, the decrease rate of cadmium in the experimental groupdecreased, and the content of cadmium in 30~36 h remained almost unchanged. The cadmium content in the blank group was lower than other groups. Conclusion Addingchitosan, carboxymethyl chitosan and green tea brewing liquid to sea water all can remove the cadmium in the clam effectively.
