“互联网 ”时代网购食品的有关法律问题分析
“互联网+”时代可对网购食品发展产生积极作用, 促使其逐渐成为食品行业中新型的经济增长点。随着公众对网购食品关注度的不断提升, 我国食品卫生局对2017年各大互联网购物平台的食品销售问题进行了调研, 以探究存在的网购食品涉法问题, 结果显示, 我国网购食品面临的问题主要表现在食品物流环节隐患大、消费者维权困难、缺乏行业自律等。本文对目前存在问题进行分析并提出需要改进的方面。通过健全相关法律法规, 明确网购食品环节中的各项责任, 优化网络监管体系等措施, 可为解决我国“互联网+”时代下网购食品的法律问题提供一些有效方案。
The "Internet+" era can have a positive effect on the development of online food, and it has gradually become a new economic growth point in the food industry. With the improving of the public attention on food shopping, food and health bureau in China have investigated the problems of food sales of major Internet shopping platforms in 2017, to explore the existing problems of online shopping foods. The results show that the problems of online shopping in China are mainly manifested in the hidden dangers of food logistics, the difficulty of consumer rights protection and lack of self-discipline of the industry. This paper analyzed the existing problems and put forward some aspects those need to improve. Improving the relevant laws and regulations, clearing online food chain of the responsibility and optimizing the network supervision system and other measures can provide some effective solutions to solve the legal problems of online shopping in China's "Internet +" era.
