超高效液相色谱法同时测定食品接触用塑料树脂原料中的8种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂
目的 采用有机溶剂回流提取结合超高效液相色谱(ultra high performance liquid chromatography, UPLC)技术, 建立食品塑料包装材料树脂原料中的8种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂(UV-0、UV-9、UV-71、UV-329、UV-326、UV-327、UV-234、UV-360)的检测方法。方法 塑料树脂经正己烷回流提取, C18色谱柱分离后, 经乙腈和-0.1%甲酸水溶液为流动相梯度洗脱, 采用二极管阵列检测器测定。结果 8种苯并三唑类紫外吸收剂在0.5~100 mg/L范围内线性关系良好, 相关系数(r2)均不低于0.9998, 方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.055~0.286 mg/L, 方法定量限(S/N=10)为0.071~0.486 mg/L, 平均加标回收率(n=6)为70.0%~107.5%, 相对标准偏差(relative standard deviation, RSD, n=6)为0.23%~7.8%。结论 该方法灵敏、准确, 适用于食品接触用塑料树脂中8种紫外吸收剂的同时检测。
Objective To establish a method to determine 8 kinds of ultraviolet absorbers (UV-0, UV-9, UV-71, UV-329, UV-326, UV-327, UV-234, UV-360) in food plastic packaging resin using reflow extraction followed by ultra high performance liquid chromatography (UPLC). Methods The resin was extracted with N-hexane reflux, and separated with C18 column, with acetonitrile-water solution (containing 0.1% formic acid) as mobile phases by gradient elution. All the samples were detected by diode-array detector. Results The above ultraviolet absorbers showed good linearities in the range of 0.5~100 mg/L, with correlation coefficients (r2) not less than 0.9998. The limits of detection (S/N=3) were in the range of 0.055~0.286 mg/L, the limits of quantitation (S/N=10) were in the range of 0.071~0.486 mg/L, and the average recoveries (n=6) ranged from 70.0% to 107.5%, with relative standard deviations (RSD, n=6) of 0.23% to 7.8%. Conclusion This method is simple, accurate, and suitable for the simultaneous determination of the 8 ultraviolet absorbers in food contact grade resin.
