绞股蓝抗氧化活性研究进展
绞股蓝是一味传统中药, 含有皂苷类、黄酮类、多糖类等化学成分, 其主要药理作用有抗氧化、抗癌、降血脂、预防衰老、提高免疫力等作用, 与人参相似, 被誉为“南方人参”。本文总结了近年来绞股蓝总提物、多糖、皂苷及其他成分的抗氧化活性的研究进展, 为进一步阐明绞股蓝抗氧化作用的药效物质基础及更好地应用于治疗氧化损伤引起的疾病提供依据。
Gynostemmapentaphyllumis a traditional Chinese medicine containing saponins, flavonoids, polysaccharides and other chemical components. Its main pharmacological effects include anti-oxidation, anti-cancer, hypolipidemic, anti-aging, and immunity enhancement, which is similar to ginseng, so it is known as "southern ginseng". This paper summarized the research progress on the antioxidant activity of total extracts, polysaccharides, saponins and other components of Gynostemmapentaphyllum in recent years, in order to further elucidate the pharmacodynamic basis of anti-oxidation of Gynostemmapentaphyllum and provide a basis for better treatment of diseases caused by oxidative damage.
