大豆磷脂中灰分测定的条件的优化
目的 优化测定大豆磷脂中灰分的实验条件。方法 根据 GB 5009.4-2016《食品中灰分的测定》中大豆磷脂的灰分检测方法, 通过正交试验对大豆磷脂灰分检测的称样量、静置时间和水浴蒸干条件进行优化。结果 最优检测条件为: 样品称样量2 g, 不静置, 不水浴蒸干, 直接小火炭化至无烟, 在马弗炉灼烧至恒重状态。采用本方法测定的6个大豆磷脂样品的灰分含量接近, 均值为4.73%, 相对标准偏差为1.62%, 符合GB/T 27404-2008 《实验室质量控制规范》的要求。结论 该方法实验过程简便, 数据稳定, 且重现性良好, 为相关实验室批量检测大豆磷脂中的灰分提供参考。
Objective To optimize the conditions for determination of ash content in soybean phospholipid. Methods According to GB 5009.4-2016 Determination of ash in food, the experimental conditions of detection of ash in soybean phospholipid including the sampling weight, static time and drying condition of water bath were optimized by orthogonal experiment. Results The optimal detection conditions were as follow: the sampling weight was 2 g, and the sample was carbonized to smokeless directly without stewing and drying condition of water bath, then burned to constant weight in muffle furnace. The ash content of 6 kinds of soybean phospholipid samples determined by this method were close, the average was 4.73%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.62%, which meeting the requirements of GB/T 27404-2008 Laboratory quality control specification. Conclusion This method is simple, stable and reproducible, and provides reference for the batch detection of ash content in soybean phospholipid in related laboratories.
