畜产品中磺胺类药物残留检测能力验证结果分析
目的 对能力验证失败的原因进行分析, 及时采取纠正措施确保实验室畜产品中磺胺类药物残留检测能力。方法 准备2组样品, 一组是不同体积的一定浓度的磺胺类溶液, 另一组是将上述磺胺类溶液与猪肉混合而成的样品, 共12个样品。依据农牧发(2001)38号-动物源食品中磺胺类药物残留检测方法, 通过高效液相色谱仪, 详细检测和记录这2类样品在前处理和检测过程中损失情况, 对比分析每个步骤造成损失的原因, 总结提取、浓缩、净化和检测过程的注意事项。结果 人员操作、仪器设备、样品本身以及检测方法各个方面都会影响误差形成。结论 测量高浓度的样品时, 适当减少称样量, 认真仔细完成操作并严格规范执行检测标准可有效的提高回收率。
Objective To analyze the causes of failure of capability verification, take corrective measures in time to ensure the ability of detection of sulfonamides residues in animal products in laboratory. Methods Two groups of samples were prepared, one was a sulfonamide solution with a certain concentration of different volumes, and the other was a sample made by mixing the above sulfonamide solution with pork, a total of 12 samples. According to the Agriculture and Animal Husbandry No.38 (2001)-Method for detection of sulfonamides in animal-derived food, the losses of these 2 groups of samples in the pretreatment and detection process were tested and recorded through the high performance liquid chromatography, and the causes of loss were compared and analyzed. The matters needing attention in the extraction, concentration, purification and detection process were summarized. Results Personnel operation, instruments and equipments, sample itself and test methods all affected the error formation. Conclusion When measuring the high concentration sample, reducing the amount of sample, completing the operation carefully and strictly implementing the test standard, can effectively improve the recovery rate.
