文山州新鲜三七花、茎、叶和根中硒含量分布调查
目的 了解云南省文山州新鲜三七花、茎、叶和根中硒含量的分布情况。方法 随机采集文山州所出产的新鲜三七花、茎、叶和根等各40份样品, 按照GB 5009.93-2010《食品安全国家标准 食品中硒的测定》中氢化物原子荧光光谱法对样品进行测定, 使用SPSS软件对数据进行了分析。结果 160份样品中检出硒 141件, 检出率为88.1%, 硒含量范围为ND~2.97 μg/100 g, 其中检出硒含量最高为麻栗坡县三七花, 为 2.97 μg/100 g。结论 三七花、叶和根中硒含量水平高于三七茎中硒含量, 文山州部分区域的三七植株中硒含量存在一定的差异。本研究为文山州三七不同部位中硒含量评价研究提供基础数据。
Objective To investigate the distribution of selenium content in fresh Panax notoginseng flowers, stems, leaves and roots in Wenshan prefecture in Yunnan province. Methods The samples of fresh flower, stem, leaf and root of Panax notoginsengs were randomly collected from Wenshan and 40 samples were collected in each kind. Selenium content was determined by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrophotometry, according to GB 5009.93-2010 National food safety standards The determined of selenium in food. The data was analyzed by the SPSS. Results The selenium was detected from 141 of the 160 samples, with a detection rate of 88.1%. The content of selenium was ND~2.97 μg/100 g, of which the highest selenium content was the flower of Panax notoginsengs from Malipo county, with the content of 2.97 μg/100 g. Conclusion The selenium content in flower, leaf and root of Panax notoginsengs is higher than that in stem. There is a certain difference in the selenium content of Panax notoginseng plants in some areas of Wenshan prefecture.This research can provide basic data for the evaluation of the selenium content in different parts of Panax notoginsengs form Wenshan prefecture.
