广东省植物源性饮料掺假情况摸底调查
目的 对广东省植物源性饮料中掺假情况进行调查, 为监管部门提供决策依据。方法 利用食品补充检验方法“植物蛋白饮料中植物源性成分鉴定(BJS 201707)”, 对广东省植物源性饮料掺假情况进行摸底调查。结果 20批次样品中, 共发现7批次样品标识的植物源性成分未检出, 未检出率为35%, 并且都是标识的核桃源性成分未检出。结论 植物源性饮料掺假情况较为突出, 食品安全监管部门应加大监管力度。
Objective To survey plant-derived adulteration situation in Guangdong, so as to provide basis of decision-making for the supervision departments. Methods The food supplement testing method BJS 201707 The identification of plant-derived ingredients in plant protein drinks was used to investigate the plant-derived drinks adulteration in Guangdong. Results Among 20 batches of plant-derived drinks, 7 of them were not detected the walnut ingredients. The undetected rate was 35%. Conclusion The situation of plant-derived drinks adulteration is remarkable, so the food safety supervision departments should strengthen supervision.
