农产品质量安全风险评估实验室档案管理研究
农业部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室作为农业农村部授权的重点实验室, 在农产品质量安全监管、应急处置、产业和消费引导及科普宣传等方面发挥了较大的作用, 但是目前实验室的档案存档和管理制度等方面还缺乏相应的措施, 普遍存在着档案不完善、存档不规范及时、档案管理人员专业知识差等现象。为了促进我国农业部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室档案管理的健康发展, 本文就农业部农产品质量安全风险评估实验室档案管理的现状进行总结, 并在此基础上提出相关的建议。
The agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture, as the key laboratories authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, have played a greater role in agricultural product quality and safety supervision, emergency response, industry and consumer guidance, and popular science propaganda. However, there are still lack of corresponding measures in the archives archiving and management systems of laboratories, and there are widespread phenomena such as imperfect files, inconsistent archiving, and poor professional knowledge of archivists. In order to promote the healthy development of the archive management of the agricultural products quality and safety risk assessment laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture of the People's Republic of China, this paper summarized the current situation of the archives management of the agricultural product quality and safety risk assessment laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture, and put forward to relevant recommendations on this basis.
