军队食品安全标准化建设存在的问题及对策
军队食品安全标准化建设存在标准化机构不健全、建设资源统筹力度不够、标准化体系不完善、标准重复交叉且更新周期慢、执行监管力度不够、饮食保障实际中有标难依、建设经费投入不足、标准研究力量相对薄弱等问题。本文针对这些问题提出以下对策: 加强军队食品安全标准化建设应统筹规划, 完善标准化体系建设; 科学管理, 建立标准更新机制; 应对需求, 推进食品安全标准化建设; 推进融合, 引用转化民用食品安全标准; 加大投入, 增强科研技术力量等, 以确保部队食品安全。

There are some problems in the procession of military food safety standardization construction, specifically the overall of the construction resources are insufficient because the standardization institutions are inadequate; a number of standards are repeated or slow to update because the standardization system is incomplete; it is difficult to adhere to standards in the process of the food support because supervision is not enough; the research strength is relatively weak because the construction funds input is insufficient and so on. According to these problems, a number of improvement measures were proposed in this paper. The construction of the standardization system should be perfected by overall planning, standard updating mechanism should be established by scientific management, the standardization construction for food safety should be promoted to meet the demands, civil food safety standards should be quoted by promoting integration, and the research strength should be reinforced and investment should be increased, in order to ensure the military food safety.
