一种酶制剂对稻米中砷、镉、汞富集的影响
目的 研究一种酶制剂对成都平原稻米中砷、镉、汞富集的影响。方法 试验以生产上表现较好的宜香优2115、川优6203、F优498、德优4727、深两优5814、深两优862、内5优玉香一号、蜀优217为参试品种, 以6000 mL/hm2在齐穗前5 d、齐穗后5 d用500倍稀释后叶面均匀喷施处理, 比较不同品种稻米中的砷、镉、汞富集量。同时考察0、2700、5400和9000 mL/hm2不同的施用量对宜香2115、川优6203、德优4727、F优498稻米中砷、镉、汞含量的影响。结果 不同品种稻米中砷含量和镉含量存在差异, 汞含量多数处理低于检测的限制值0.05 mg/kg。不同的施用量对4品种稻米中的砷、汞影响较小, 但对镉含量的影响在施用量、品种间差异极显著, 互作间差异显著。结论 以6000~9000 mL/hm2在水稻抽穗前5 d、抽穗后5 d按照3000~4500 mL/hm2用500倍稀释后叶面喷施, 对稻米中镉富集量的降低效应最好。但对砷、汞富集量的降低作用不明显。同时,在有机质含量高的土壤采用该技术对稻米镉富集量的降低效果更好。
Objective To study the effects of an enzyme preparation on arsenic, cadmium and mercury in rice enrichment from Chengdu plain. Methods Yixiangyou 2115, Chuanyou 6203, F you 498, Deyou 4727, Shenliangyou 5814, Shenliangyou 862, Nei 5 youyuxiang No. 1, and Shuyou 217 were selected as test varieties, and the enzyme preparation (×500) was evenly spread on rice leaves at 6 000 mL/hm2, 5 d before and 5 d after heading stage, respectively. The arsenic, cadmium and mercury enrichments in various rice varieties were compared. Meanwhile, the content of arsenic, cadmium and mercury in Yixiang 2115, Chuanyou 6203, Deyou 4727, and F you 498 applying with the enzyme preparation at 0, 2700, 5400 and 9000 mL/hm2 were compared. Results Arsenic and cadmium contents tended to vary in rice varieties, and mercury contents were measured lower than the given limit value of 0.05 mg/kg in most cases. For the enzyme preparation, application dose had an insignificant impact on arsenic and mercury, but had a significant impact on cadmium, showing extremely significant difference among rice varieties and experimental groups and significant difference among interation. Conclusion Cadmium content reduced the most in the treatment group where the enzyme preparation (3000~4500 mL/hm2) diluted (×500) was applied; however, the arsenic and mercury contents were lowered insignificantly. The approach is more effective if applied in the areas having higher levels of soil organic matter. In conclusion, to increase soil organic matter has a major impact on lowering cadmium content, but the impact is not obvious on the arsenic and mercury enrichment.
