食品安全信息获取渠道的选择影响分析
目的 探讨消费者对食品安全信息传播方式的选择倾向及其影响因素。方法 对全国7个地区消费者进行调查, 运用SPSS软件对调查数据进行二元logistic回归模型分析。结果 消费者对食品安全信息传播方式的选择有待多样化; 性别、婚姻、居住地、年龄、学历等消费者个体因素及其食品安全关注度、食品安全信息信任度、对认证产品的认知、咨询主动性、维权意识、政府信息留意等因素对消费者的食品安全信息获取渠道均有显著性影响, 但具体的传播渠道间的显著影响因素存在区别。结论 不同的传播渠道要考虑不同的受众, 政府发布的信息需要通过多渠道进行传播, 并且科学家、食品领域专家、媒体需紧密合作, 以促进食品安全信息的广泛传播。
Objective To explore the choice tendency of consumers to food safety information transmission and its influencing factors. Methods Seven regions of the country were investigated, and SPSS software was used to investigate the data for two element logistic regression model analysis. Results The choice of consumers on food safety information transmission mode needed to be diversified. The individual factors of consumers including gender, marital status, place of residence, age, education level and other factors of food safety awareness, cognition of certified products, consultation initiative, right-protection awareness, the government information rights consciousness all had significant influence on food safety information acquisition channel of consumers, but the significant influence factors between channels existed difference. Conclusion Different channels need to be considered for different audiences, government-issued information needs to be disseminated through multiple channels, and scientists, food specialists and the media need to work closely together, so as to promote the widespread dissemination of food safety information.
