质量风险管理在保健品生产中的应用
质量风险管理贯穿整个保健品生产周期的风险评估体系, 包含风险识别、分析、评估、控制和回顾的系统化过程。在生产过程中, 运用质量风险管理方法, 分析生产环节、偏差、识别生产过程高风险环节以及影响产品质量的关键控制点, 可以有效延长设备使用周期、保持设备稳定, 同时可以有效保证产品质量。本文通过对质量风险管理的研究, 探讨在保健品生产中质量风险管理的有效方法, 从而更加有效保证产品质量和保健品安全。
Quality risk management pervades the entire health care production cycle, including the systematic process of risk identification, analysis, evaluation, control and review. In the production process, it can effectively prolong the equipment life cycle to maintain the stability of the equipment and guarantee the product quality at the same time by using quality risk management to analyze critical control point of production processes, deviation and the production process, and identify high risk stage. In this paper, the effective methods of quality risk management in the production of health care products were explored by studying the quality risk management, so as to ensure product quality and health care products more effectively.
