国内外聚乙烯塑料食品接触材料的法规比较
聚乙烯(PE)以其优越的性能, 广泛应用为食品接触材料。随着贸易的发展, 国内外相关法规的差异给我国进出口企业带来一定的困扰。本文在对发达国家有关法规进行说明的基础上, 系统地比较了国内外PE类食品接触材料安全卫生标准的主要差异, 并借鉴发达国家的相关规定, 对我国PE类塑料成型品的卫生标准提出了修订建议, 以帮助我国出口企业提高产品质量水平, 减少因国内外标准的不同而导致产品出口受阻。
Polyethylene (PE) is widely used for food contact materials with its superior performance. With the development of trade, the differences of laws and regulations between domestic and foreign have brought some troubles to Chinese import and export enterprises. Based on introducing the relevant laws and regulations on PE plastic as food contact materials in the developed countries, this paper compared the main differences of the safety and health standards of PE plastics as food contact materials at home and abroad. By referring to the relevant provisions of those developed countries, some advices on how to amend the standards of PE plastic molding products were given, so as to help Chinese export enterprises to improve the quality of products and reduce the resistance caused by the standard differences at home and abroad.
