我国水产品质量安全监管技术新动向
近年来, 我国水产品消费量不断增加, 水产品供应链愈加复杂, 一些新技术在水产品生产中应用的同时伴随着新的风险产生, 非传统食品安全问题也日益凸显。由此, 水产品质量安全监管面临着更大的挑战。目前, 我国的水产品安全性虽然已经达到可控的状态, 质量检测与控制技术也获得了长足进步, 但新兴问题的出现促使新型水产品质量安全监管技术的发展。本文依据近年来国内外相关研究报道, 对水产品风险监测、原料溯源、危害控制、产品召回以及突发事件的应急评估5方面的新型监管技术进行综述, 为水产品监管部门提供技术支撑, 并为确保水产品质量安全提供参考。
In recent years, the consumption of aquatic products was increasing continuously and the supply chain became more and more complicated. At the same time, new risks originated from new technologies in aquatic products and non-traditional food safety issues became even more serious. As a result, quality and safety supervision of aquatic products was faced with greater challenges. Even though aquatic products safety has been controlled and technologies in detection and control have been developed a lot, new troubles could promote the development of novel aquatic products quality and safety supervision technologies. In this paper, new technologies of risk monitoring, traceability, hazard controlling, products recall and emergency assessment of aquatic products were summarized, which could provide technique supports for regulators of aquatic products
