农产品质量安全风险交流的主体地位及实践
目前我国农产品质量安全风险交流比较薄弱, 缺乏活跃的主体和有效的平台。综合分析我国现阶段农产品生产管理水平与消费者对质量安全的诉求, 提出符合我国国情的农产品质量安全风险交流主体定位及平台搭建的思考。化解消费者对于农产品安全的信任危机, 变政府主导为政府引导, 变登台唱戏为搭台唱戏; 充分发挥专业社团组织凝聚专家的作用, 变被动应对为主动交流, 变简单随意定论为集体讨论研判。我国急需加强农产品质量安全风险交流主体的定位, 加强安全舆情信息共享和“速递”, 搭建符合国情的农产品质量安全风险交流平台。
Currently, agro-product quality security risk communication in China is relatively weak, and active subjects and effective platforms are insufficient. Present production management level of agro-products in China and demands of customers for quality safety were comprehensively analyzed, and thought of positioning the subject and building the platform for agro-product quality security risk communication was proposed. Trust crisis of customers for agro-product safety was resolved, leading by government was changed into guidance by government, and the professional associations could fully play the role of gathering experts, thus passive response was changed into active communication and original random conclusion was changed into group discussing and judging. Subject positioning of agro-product quality security risk communication in China urgently needed to be improved, safety information sharing and quick delivering should be strengthened, and agro-product quality security risk communication platform suitable in China should be built.
