无蔗糖冷冻饮品中蔗糖的测定
目的 建立了一种高效液相色谱蒸发光散射法测定无蔗糖冷冻饮品中蔗糖的检测方法。方法 无蔗糖冷冻饮品经乙腈提取,离心沉淀杂质后上机检测。结果 蔗糖质量浓度在0.1 ~0.5 g/L范围内标准曲线的相关系数R2>0.99,在质量分数为0.2,0.4,1.0 g/100 g三个加标水平下,方法回收率为93.5 %~99.5 %,相对标准偏差为1.8 %~3.4 %。结论 该方法简便、快速、实用、准确,各项技术指标满足国内外法规的要求,适用于无蔗糖冷冻饮品中蔗糖的检测。
Objective To establish an ultra performance liquid chromatography evaporative light scattering detector(UPLC-ELSD) method to determine the sucrose in sucrose -free frozen drinks. Method The sucrose in sucrose -free frozen drinks samples was extracted with acetonitrile， centrifuged to precipitate impurities and then detected with UPLC-ELSD. Results The calibration curve for sucrose had good linear correlation in the concentration range of 0.1 g/L~0.5 g/L (R2>0.99) .The recoveries at level of 0.2, 0.4, 1.0 g/100 g fortified samples ranged form 93.5% to 99.5%, with relative standard deviation of 1.8 %~3.4 %. Conclusion The method is simple, rapid, and accurate, and its performance can meet the requirements of the domestic and international legislation. It is suitable for the detection of sucrose in sucrose -free frozen drinks.
