白酒厂酒库建设中防火防爆设计的探讨
目的 探讨白酒厂酒库建设中的防火防爆设计。方法 通过对白酒的火灾危险性属类和白酒厂防火防爆重点对象进行分析, 进行白酒厂酒库的防火防爆设计。结果 确定乙醇属于甲类火灾危险性物质, 且危险性和汽油极为相近, 酒库、灌装、包装车间是酒厂重点防火防爆的地方, 尤其是酒库。确定白酒库的耐火等级需按照三级耐火等级进行相应设计, 酒库的防火间距按甲类物品库进行设计。在防液体流散方面, 在酒库设计中, 室外地面平台高于室内地面平台, 严禁在楼面和防火墙上预留孔洞, 酒库的窗口应该设防火挑檐并采用防火玻璃。电气设计是酒库防火防爆设计中不可缺少的部分, 同时, 在酒厂酒库的设计中, 安全出口不应少于两个, 酒厂和酒库建筑应该配有防雷设计。结论 通过探讨白酒厂酒库建设中的防火防爆设计, 为白酒厂酒库的建筑设计提供了一定的依据。
Objective To discuss the design of fire and explosion protection of spirit room in liquor factories. Methods The fire risk level of liquor and the key object for fire and explosion prevention in liquor factories were analyzed for the design of fire and explosion protection of spirit room for liquor factories. Results Ethanol belonged to class A fire hazard substance, and its risk was very similar to gasoline. Spirit room, filling workshop, and packing workshop were the key places for fire and explosion prevention in winery, especially spirit room. The fire resistance rating of spirit room should be in accordance with the level 3 fire resistance rating, and the fire protection distance of spirit room must be designed according to class A add items. In the aspect of the liquid diaspora, the outside platform must be higher than the ground platforms indoor, the holes reserved on floor and fire wall were forbidden, and window of the spirit room should set fire overhangs and adopt flameproof glass. The electrical design was the indispensable part in the design of spirit room for fire and explosion prevention, at the same time, security exits should not be less than two, and winery and spirit room building should be equipped with lightning protection design. Conclusion The design of fire and explosion protection of spirit room in liquor factories is discussed to provide a certain basis for the winery and spirit room architectural design.
